Senate confirms Gavlick for state group 07/02/2008 Email to a friendPrinter-friendly A Kingston man was appointed Monday to the board at the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, according to the office of state Sen. Lisa Baker, R-Lehman Township.
The state Senate voted 50-0 to confirm the appointment of Norm Gavlick to the board, said Brian Grove, Baker’s chief of staff.
Gavlick will represent Region 7, which includes most of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He replaces Frederick Osifat, who died last year.
