Does anyone have any tips for lake oneida in ny. I'm headed there on vac in 2 weeks but I have never fished it.

big water, not very deep, walley are clustered deep, large mouths all over though. fished there last summer, boaters are nuts but courteous, enforcement is very strict, make sure you have all the necessary gear.

the small mouth were really hitting the hard part was getting on the water between the wind ,storms and cold fronts that kept blowing in all week. Oneida lake is well worth the trip.
